My Chocolate Chip Cookies

In a stand mixer, add:
2 sticks butter softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1.5 cups light brown sugar

Once blended, add:
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp baking powder

Once blended add:
1 stick butter than has been browned and cooled

2 cups dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Form into balls with a melon baller or ice cream scoop into 2 inch diameter balls on a silpat lined baking sheets. Freeze formed dough for 30 minutes. Bake at 375 until golden.
