Moroccan Style Chicken Chilli


Brown:
1 lb chicken

Add:
¼ a green pepper, ¼ red onion, ½ medium carrot, ½ celery all diced, 2 garlic cloves
½ preserved meyer lemon

Add:
1 can chickpeas
½ medium eggplant, diced
1 small zucchini, diced
½ sweet potato, diced
Handful of cherry tomatoes
Handful of yellow raisins
Handful of pearl onions
8 oz of crushed tomatoes
